Discover the Soul of Irish Food.

The Molloy name is synonymous with great irish food.

Over 90 years ago, a story began that would weave its way through generations. Little did Mary Ann Molloy know, when she first opened the doors to Molloy’s Butchers in Waterford in 1932, that she would instill a profound love for exceptional food in the Molloy family's DNA that would become a legacy carried forward by generations to come.

At the heart of this story now are two brothers, Keith and Jack Molloy, fourth generation craft butchers, who continue to breathe life into their family's legacy with their own independent butcher shops and catering businesses in Waterford, and through their joint venture, ‘Molloy Brothers’ that procures, develops and distributes quality Irish food products to food-service customers and clients all over the world.

Irish food is loved and sought after the world over.

Over the last century, Ireland witnessed a poignant exodus, as millions of our people sought new lives and opportunities across the globe. Yet, amidst the changing horizons, they carried with them an unyielding love for the taste of home. Once abroad, they shared this passion and love for Irish produce with their fellow emigrants, passing down the fondness for Irish food through the generations of Irish diaspora to come.

Irish food is the best in the world. Our climate, our lush and fertile landscapes, our traditional and sustainable farming methods and our high standards of food safety and traceability are why Irish food is so highly sought after.
